Lawyers receive an alert and they can access Propel-lc to view, approve and accept the loan documents online.
LAWYER SUBMITS EXECUTED LOAN DOCUMENTS VIA PROPEL-LC
Lawyer has improved security and contingency for uploading documents through a secure portal and the Lender receives real-time notification of a request for funds.
LENDER RECEIVES AND VERIFIES EXECUTED LOAN DOCUMENTS AND SENDS ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATION OF FUNDS
Lender has a streamlined, paper reduced process of managing settlements with extensive queue management to enable a quick settlement.
SECURE COMMUNICATION OCCURS VIA PROPEL-LC
Post a Note functionality is used to communicate in a secure workspace and this includes a detailed loan history for audit purposes.
LAWYER ATTENDS TO THE REGISTRATION OF THE MORTGAGE AND UPLOADS THE CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION TO P
Electronic copies of the CT and View Instrument is uploaded to Propel-lc. Fortnightly notifications of delinquent registration is sent to the lawyers.

The ability to initiate discharge requests electronically and use LiveDox to create documents using the information stored in Propel-lc.
