Belinda Backman Manager, Quality & ReportingBelinda joined FMS in October 2001 after a banking and finance career at Westpac Banking Corporation spanning 15 years. Belinda has over 17 years' experience in mortgage processing and settlements and also has extensive leadership experience, managing large and diverse teams since 1996. Belinda's outlook is to lead a highly skilled and focussed team who are committed to delivering a high quality experience to our clients at all times.

Tej Bedi    IT Manager

Tej Bedi IT ManagerTej Bedi started his career out as a developer specialising in Microsoft technologies. While at Accenture & thereafter InfoSys he worked at various government and financial institutions including ATO, Westpac, CBA and ANZ as a senior technical consultant responsible for rolling out new technologies and implementing transactional systems across various business units. In 2005 he joined First American Title Insurance of Australia as a senior developer where he developed and facilitated the roll out of a multi-tenanted Title Insurance system which is being utilised by number international offices outside Australia. As a Senior IT Manager at FMS, Tej is responsible for implementing new technolgies and systems across both Australia and New Zealand with a view to bringing efficiencies and collaboration across all departments within the organisation.

Besides being excited by being “hands on” with technology, Tej is passionate about four wheel driving, photography and playing cricket.


Angelique Carbone    Australia and New Zealand Operations Manager

Angelique Carbone State Manager, VICAngelique has managed the Melbourne office since 2012 and has over 12 years' experience working in the mortgage processing business leading various teams & managing numerous clients relationships. Angelique believes that by managing an engaged and productive team she can continually drive efficiencies within the business to deliver a positive client and customer experience.

Sean Carnie    Contact Centre Manger & State Manager, SA

Sean Carnie State Manager, SASean has managed our South Australian Office since March 2015. Sean joined FMS in November 2014 and is responsible for leading both the Contact Centre and SA Operations Teams. With an extensive background leading large Operational and Customer Service Teams, Sean places a strong emphasis on sharing his experience with his teams and leading them to deliver outstanding levels of service to FMS Clients.


Roland Girvan    Business Development Manager

Roland Girvan Business Development ManagerAs Business Development Manager Roland manages a number of FMS's Key Accounts including and not limited to NabBroker, AMP Bank, Suncorp, AFG Home Loans, ME Bank, Advantedge and Macquarie Bank. Roland commenced his career in the mortgage industry as a Legal & Search Clerk at Mills Oakley Lawyers in 2001 and in 2003 moved into a Sales & Relationship Management role. More recently Roland held a National Relationship Management position with Perpetual Limited within their Corporate Trust business.

Craig Sincock    Manager, DocuPREP Systems Team

Craig Sincock DocuPrep ManagerCraig commenced with FMS in December 2000 after previously holding a position with the Commonwealth Bank for 10 years. After filling a number of roles in the business including the management of operational teams, Craig moved to the DocuPREP Systems team in 2006 and has been Manager of the team since September 2012. Craig’s focus is to ensure the team delivers systems and support that is client focussed and contributes to an overall effective business.

Corinne is passionate about exceeding clients expectations by delivering outstanding services that ensures the continuing success of the relationship. She achieves this with a focus on team building and effective people management.

Gary Stephens    Manager Operations Risk and Compliance

Gary Stephens Manager Operations Risk and ComplianceGary has 30 years experience in Banking & Finance holding Management and Executive Management roles within Suncorp Bank. During this time Gary’s responsibilities included back-office operations management for both Retail and Business Banking, Risk & Compliance and Change Management roles for large transformational and outsourcing projects. Gary brings a pragmatic approach to risk and compliance having worked in and across the banking business.
